 A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit = No appointment. NO exceptions.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, I will not be able to extend your appointment time. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, and it will be considered a cancellation and will result in a charge of 20% of the appointment costs. Time lost will not allow me to properly complete the procedure, the time cannot be "made up" by rushing or omitting important steps. In certain circumstances or with advance notification, I will try to accommodate as long as the schedule permits, but this will be at my discretion. Please allow the best service to be provided to you and the next client by being on time. 

Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel an appointment I require a minimum of 48 hours notice as a respect and courtesy for all.  If 48 hours notice is not given, full payment for the appointment will be required to reschedule. If a client does not show up to their appointment, they will forfeit the deposit and any future bookings they may wish to make must be paid in full before booking. I understand unexpected events arise and exceptions can be made, but my time, like yours is precious and valuable. 

I require all clients to arrive for their appointment 15 MINUTES EARLY in order to fill out consent forms and apply numbing cream.
Although best efforts are given to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed.  I have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. I cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional touch-ups for best results and will be charged accordingly.
